I am praying for everyone affected by Sandy!  The pictures are amazing and horrific.  :(

I went to spin class last night, and it made all of the difference.  I long time, high level manager departed our company yesterday, unexpectedly.  "The only constant is change."  What next?!

Yoga today, work today.  I need to go back to spin more regularly.

I hope Jean and SJ are safe.

I know it!  It's crazy out there.

I did an interval elliptical workout this morning.  Two clients today and doing some shopping/errands the rest of the afternoon.

Not sure about food.

Wow-I can't drag myself away from the storm coverage. I hope Jean and SJ are okay. I know a lot of my co-workers have been affected by the power outages and lack of transportation.

My granddaughter was hospitalized this morning. Her brain shunt may be malfunctioning. We are waiting on tests to find out what happens next.

I am OK - I live right near the Massachusetts State House and our wires all run undersground, so pwer and cable is not affected.

I took this week as vacation to take care of a lot of things pre my Poland trip, but am making no progress on my list - glued to the tv...and the people I need to call are either not there or busy with storm recovery (my opinion, I haven't actualy tried to make any calls).  My plan was to work out really hard this week, but that has fallen too...the gym closed early yesterday and I am not sure the situation today.  I have to say I am a little depressed but I know my  issues amount to nothing in the scheme of the world.

I was pleased yesterday when one of the division managers reached out to see where I was and ask me to get involved in some work issues...and I think I was actually helpful.  I am used to having a job that puts me in the middle of things, and my current job is peripheral to day to day operations, so it was nice to know that I could help.

My company is affected because of our business and where we are located, but as far as I know, everyone is safe.  And that is really hat matters....

Hope everything works out for Karla's granddaughter, and that Jean and family are ok.

Oh Karla,I am so sorry!  You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!

Gymrat, that is awesome that you are so self motivated that you can work out on your own.  When I am home, I do everything BUT workout.  :(

SJ, enjoy your time away from work...even if you are not working out. It's good to take a break from any routine.

I'm pooped.  Lots of organizational changes at work = stress from the black hole of the unknown. :(
