I like hard, but not "scary hard."

That's great that you have a mature realtor. I'll bet she also realizes that everyone is a potential customer and that being rude to one person is a bad idea, given how social networking is these days.

Where are you moving, Kel? Still in AZ?
Oldest kid sick. I think it's some remnants of the stomach virus she had. Stomach ache and fever.
Middle kid's eyes are still pink but supposedly not contagious. Kept her home today as a precaution, and I didn't feel like lugging all the kids to her preschool for her 3-hour school day. ;-P
Youngest child, Mom and Dad all seem OK -- for now.

DH was kind enough to stay home with the kids this morning while I ran to the gym. I feel REALLY good.

20 minutes treadmill
10 minutes elliptical
chest, biceps, triceps

B - yogurt, banana
S - seaweed snacks
L - red beans and rice, salad (I made a healthy version of the New Orleans favorite. Instead of sausage, I used liquid smoke for the smoky flavor without all of the fat and cholesterol. Added tons of fresh vegetables and healthy spices. Came out wonderfully.)
D - Pesto chicken, broccoli and possibly another salad

Last week, I gained 2 of the pounds back that I had lost while sick. This week, I'm hoping to lose those 2 pounds again PLUS at least 1 additional. Weigh-in on Sunday.
I did an UN-official weigh-in yesterday and I had lost a lot of weight. But it was a different scale. I won't know how much, if any, I've lost until Sunday.

Hope you're all 100% soon! At least it sounds like you're moving in the right direction.

I like my new gym. I'm still a little shell-shocked because I'm out of my element. But I'm getting used to it. I have not tried a class yet. I feel like I need to build up my endurance before I go in that room. Everyone in there is so fit and the spinning class looks insane!

Grrr-I'm just getting here becaues I had some serious technical issues this morning. I got a new modem/router from my ISP and all worked well with my desktop. NOTHING else would connect in. I spent hours on the phone with tech support trying to get my laptop and everything else in. As a last resort I had to google questions

Jean, I am often sore after a massage, but feel far better days later, than I did pre-massage.
