Starting a Weightloss Challenge in the Morning

Need to lose weight and I thought this state wide challenge would be good for me, I need accountability partner to help keep me focus.

I don't have anyone near by to do this with I could with hundreds of dollars for grand prize, there is 7 different catagories so I hope to win something so far over 2,000 peole have entered and at 15.00 a pop jack pot will be big.

Anyone that wants to join me on my challenge that next couple weeks actually 9 weeks.  I am aiming for 20 lbs during that time.

My goal daily will be 2 hours of exercise each day at the gym and walks or bike ride during the day you need 6 hours of exercise or activity to lose at least 1 pound.  The more you want to lose the more you have to put into it.

20 lbs in 9 weeks I hope to make it.

As soon as I finish my meal shake for dinner I will head out for a walk tonight hopefully I can get in two miles tonight.  My abs are feeling the Ripped class this morning still.

for you! Walking is a great way to get fit. Losing weight takes so much discipline, persistence, and determination. Keep us posted with your progress. Also, feel free to post your meal plans for the day.

I weighed in 2 lbs less than thursday still have a couple more days.  I did get in 10 miles biking sunday, I couldn't finish the step class saturday since I did 4 miles biking and worked out for 30 minutes on the machines.  But I did load 4 loads of fire wood after the class.

I started a new challenge this year with doing the weight loss challenge and 3000 squats in a month time  I already did the 3000 I started early to make sure I finished so I am getting as far as possible before the end of the month starting over again.Money Mouth
