I haven't taught in almost a month! I had planned out a step routine but didn't have time to practice so I'm just doing interval training/lifting. LOL, having a puppy is time consuming. Not really but in the afternoon, she's quietly taking a nap and I can't resist lying down and taking one w/ her. And because she naps for a long time and I don't want to wake her, I stay there. I can't complain.
I think I told you all that I did the three day Perricone diet w/ a friend early December, just to support her and I always find it gets me back on track. And, last Oct some time I stopped drinking wine regularly (I had a glass or, on occasion, two, 2-4 times a week). It wasn't the wine but the food I wasn't eating w/ the wine but between the wine, the diet and ski season (it's not the skiing as much as I don't have time to snack), I've not only lost the odd weight I put on over summer/fall, I'm at an all time low, except when I was training for the marathon. I really don't get fixated on weight but this is unusual because I'm not nearly as strict on what I'm eating. Anyway, what are you all up to?
