It just occurred to me, since you seem to have so many clients--do most of your clients work out w/ you more than once a week?

Glad to hear your workouts are feeling good. I wonder if the spinning shoes might be helping you get a better workout, too?

Nah, you aren't turning into a crotchety old lady...you just know what you like and don't like, what you will put up with and what you won't put up with...at least that's how I feel about myself. :)

I'm sorry about the disrespect. I think I would feel the same as you. My tolerance for such things isn't very good. I hope you all can come to a mutually agreeable solution.

Your realtor not being "happy" about your refusal to take a lowball offer is unprofessional, IMO. It's your money and an agent should suppport a smart financial decision because if she does and you opt not to sell, you will call her when you are ready to sell.

Yes, all of them do twice a week (well, they are scheduled for twice a week) and my friend prefers 3x if I can fit it in my schedule.

I understand being worried... I totally get it. But you should be confident in your ability to guide her through safe exercises. There comes a point when I will refuse to do anything other than walk with a client until they are cleared by a doc. That happened with IC recently. It took her nearly 2 months to get there (by her own fault - she kept cancelling her appointment) but I told her flat out that I'm not comfortable training her until she gets checked out. She reassured me that she wouldn't sue me if something happened, but I was not dissuaded. She finally went.

Awwww, thanks. That's nice to hear.

I eat dried cranberries with cocoa roasted almonds. Together they are delish.
