Tired on Tuesday...

Doesn't seem to matter how much sleep I get... I'm still tired.  I don't know if it's allergies, allergy meds, or what.  My workouts have been more forced than anything and I dislike that.

Did cardio this morning.  No work today.  Running errands and trying to not to be the human version of Grumpy Cat.  :P

I feel the same way. I just want to lie on the couch.  What's this about???  I was either going to go skating or run but was asked to do chore-work at one of my jobs. It's crunch time so I'm happy to help out, especially since I get paid.  So, no workout, plus I have to go to another work function today and it's dressy. Really, this shouldn't happen when you're a trainer!  LOL, it's terrible to complain because it's a really nice, private dining room that I'd never normally get access to but I really hate dressing up and acting social.  I'd rather do burpees than have to do small talk.;-)

Gym, my sister has some unknown infection that she has been battling for months. She has had every ailment you have had and has taken so many rounds of steroids and antibiotics. How did you know to go get a CT scan of your sinuses? My sister has an appointment with doc next week to get a battery of tests and I think she should ask for a CT scan. So far she has tested negative for everything but she has low white blood count and cough, exhaustion, congestion, etc. Does that sound familiar to you?

I'm having some sort of internet trouble and am so mad at my ISP. I KNOW I need a new router and they won't give me one yet. They keep telling me to wait because once I get it back online they say it seems to be working fine now. Grrrrr

It turns out we need a whole new HVAC system. I was pretty sure that was going to be the case. We've had the current one for 18 years with very few issues so I knew i's time was running out.

It has been a decently warm day today and I managed to get several miles in outside. Rain and cool tomorrow which is sort of good news since we won't have AC for a few weeks.

Jean, how is the ankle today? My elbow appears to be in a calm period right now. I have to be careful but I think the nerve has settled down at the moment. I only hope I can keep it this way for a while.

Could your body still be recovering from the surgery? Or, are you having any allergy symptoms? I know that when I have allergies, sometimes it feels like I have the flu. {{{hugs}}}}. You sure are going through the ringer. Okay, I can't believe I forgot to post here yesterday. I got so busy that I just got out the door to go to work and then rushed home to do dog training last night. I also think that my menopause-caused hormones are making me very forgetful of late.

Karla, my allergist recommended it once it was clear that I was dealing with chronic sinusitis.  I would feel better with antibiotics but immediately get sick again.  I don't know about the white blood cell count, but the exhaustion and congestion could be absolutely be sinusitis.  She might want to consider seeing an ENT.
