While I am grateful to be back to same 'ole same 'ole after the holidays, it's a bit tough to get back into workouts and healthy eating. My parents left this morning. My mom and I had a good time but there were times during their visit where I wonder how my stepdad hasn't killed her yet. There were also times when it just seemed inconceivable that we are related. :)
I did an elliptical workout this morning. Still keeping it low key as I'm still recovering. I think the antibiotics are working but there is definitely still "stuff" going on. I've got two clients today and then spending the afternoon with OP. I think I need some mental as well as physical rest after all that.
Breakfast: yogurt, honey, granola
Lunch: spicy lentil wrap
Dinner: miracle noodle dish
