I had a bit of trouble posting this but finally got here.  (Ivillage still having some troubles, perhaps?)  

I did a cardio workout this morning.  My heart rate was strangely high so I don't know what that's about.  I've got two clients today and then spending the afternoon with OP.  

Crossing my fingers that I hear back from my doc today with an earlier surgery date.  I have to go back to the radiology place tomorrow to get another CT scan that is "coded correctly" for the machine the doctor will use to root around in my sinuses.  So, I get to sit through that again (which is not a big deal - just inconvenient) AND pay for it again (oy).  

Breakfast: breakfast sandwich

Snack: latte

Rest of the day: ??

That does not sound equitable to have to pay twice for something that wasn't coded correctly. :(. I was having issues with logging in this morning, too, but oh we'll. I have a colleague whose teenaged son is having a 6 hour surgery on his spine on Monday, with expected bed rest for 6 weeks. Talk about putting life into perspective. I did an intense yoga class yesterday, and did another yoga class this morning. My quads and gluts are screaming with every step. It's funny, but I am in "better shape" with just yoga, than I was when I did all of my cardio and weight classes I used to do. Of course, I am also being much wiser about my food choices, but I never would have thought that yoga could do so much! K, I am with you on the wind. It is horrible out here today!

I've only had trouble posting because my internet keeps going down today. We have really high winds right now so I am wondering if that has anything to do with it. 

Ew on the heart rate. Could it be because of the infection? I know I've been dealing with horrible sinus issues and my inability to breathe properly really affects my heart rate and recovery between sets.
