Turning to the Weekend Friday

Given that I barely work, I think it's funny that I get so excited for the weekend.  It's barely different for me, other than not getting up to see daughter off to school. And, even that I could skip.  I'm going to parkour this morning and possibly silks in the evening but that's still up in the air.  We'll see how I feel. I've been tired lately, for no good reason, though I'm resting a lot.  Maybe that's it. Too much rest makes me lazy!  Any fun plans this weekend?

Still no workout today.   I was thinking of maybe starting some light cardio next week.

I've got one client this morning, a massage and then going over to our condo community to meet with a woman who might rent our condo.  We have a tenant but her lease is up at the end of this month and she has opted to go month-to-month.  This woman has parents who live in the community and she's wanting to rent a unit there so she can help her parents but also have her own space.  She seems FAR more pleasant than our current renter so I'm thinking that I will most likely end the current renter's contract and move this new lady in.  My husband feels uncomfortable about kicking someone out and while I would normally agree with him, I have zero perosnal relationship with this woman so it's much easier to think of this as a business decision.  New renter is willing to pay $50 more per month and has indicated she would like to be a long term renter.  Am I being terrible?

No real weekend plans.  We're getting DH's truck detailed tomorrow but that's all we've planned.  We'll probably end up doing something - I just don't know what yet.

Ooh, maybe I should get a massage. I need to find a good massage therapist.

I'd ask the current tenant to leave. It's a big hurdle now but think about the peace it'll bring overall.  Was this current tenant the flaky one? Has it been smooth since she's moved in? If it has, though, maybe the devil you know...

I look so forward to my weekends. I am taking Abby to audition for a part in another play on Saturday and then I have plans to do a trail run with the running club at my gym on Sunday. Other than that, I am going to do a little housework and relax. I'll probably grab a couple of books at the library while I am waiting on Abby so I may spend Saturday night curled up with a good book.

Good luck to Abby!  I got a kindle a few months ago and thought it was limiting because books cost so much vs going to the library (which I love doing). Then, our library got an influx of ebooks and it's been great!  I can download a book online and not even leave the house. I love my kindle now.
