1. What is your favorite song right now?

2. What is your favorite exercise right now?

I'd have to say that my favorite song at the moment is "Don't You Worry Child" by Swedish House Mafia.  I'm not sure that I have a favorite exercise.  Maybe squats?

I've got an appointment with the allergist this morning to go over the CT scan and one client after that.  Doing a strength workout this morning.  Hanging out with OP tonight and trying to get the battery replaced in my ipod this afternoon (long story but I hate Apple products... just hate them).

Our well ran dry last night.  Our neighbors, who are the well managers, are not proactive about things at all.  For nearly 3 months, they just chose to have water delivered (an expense we share) rather than get a professional to look at it.  It's so annoying.  We are home more than they are so when the water runs out, we usually discover it first and whoever discovers it first is usually the person to call the water delivery company.  My husband and I decided a few weeks back that we would stop ordering water altogether and force them to do it hoping that it will make them be proactive.  I discovered yesterday afternoon that we were about out and when my neighbor called last night to ask if we'd noticed, I lied through my teeth.  :P  Ah well.

Breakfast: sandwich, latte

Not sure about the rest of the day....

My daughter took voice lessons a while ago and started learning to sing Jar of Hearts.  I had never heard it before but this was a while ago.  When I was learning sign language (long ago), I realized how many words we use that are redundant, eg do it "over again."  Over and again are the same sign so there would be no point in doing both.  I think English would be one of the most confusing languages to learn.

Hope that helps w/ your elbow! LOL, I was going to give you a hard time about Justin Bieber songs.  BTW, if you can get a BOSU, try doing bicycles on that and superman--so challenging!

I love burpees!  I love that you can change them up easily and add moves to challenge every body part. Hmmm, I wonder if I could put together a whole body burpee workout... Those sites I posted above have a lot of good burpee ideas.

I'll get that chicken soup clears your sinuses! I don't know if it would help you get better but I'll bet it would help you breathe better!

Love the title.

1) Just Give Me a Reason by P!nk. I love this song.  We did it at Zumba a few months and it was so haunting.

2) how to choose--skiing must be first and then aerial silks. I am really liking parkour conditioning more than parkour.  Can I say my workouts are so different than they've ever been and I'm really loving it.  I feel strong w/out ever getting on a treadmill, elliptical, counting reps/sets, etc. I've been to the gym about 5-6 times since September.

That sounds like a pain for the water!  I don't love being suburban/urban but it's one thing I'm happy about.

I taught skiing today.  Tuesdays are great because it's normally slow, though we had the DC ski kids today (which is an awesome program that brings DC school kids out to learn to ski. They come 1-2 times a month and over the years really learn to ski).  A big set back on my aerial silk and the contractor didn't recommend just drilling in an eyebolt and hanging the silk from our cathedral ceiling. He would cut the dry wall, secure a post between two beams and then re-dry wall.  I ran it by a couple of ski instructors (one is a mechanical engineering professor, another a contractor) and both said that would be the way to do it. Anything else could be unsafe. I want to know about all these people who are attaching rings to their ceiling to do crossfit.  What else are they using?  What about the TRX attachment? How is everyone else getting those kinds of things to work???  I'm frustrated.

I love anything by Adele. Also a song called 'Jar of Hearts' which is not by her but sounds like it it - at least to me. I miss swimming so much that I have to say swimming is my favorite exercise. And zumba with a good instructor. These are answers to last nights late posts...I am ready to go home...not desperate to go, but I came for three months and that was what I prepared for, and it's time. I am bored with the clothes I bought, I really miss basketball and non-news television, and being able to eavesdrop on conversations...why do we say 'new baby'. There are no 'old' or 'used' babies....I like slightly worn babies...older than three months...six or nine is ideal...responsive yet still contained by not knowing how to walk yet...I hear that there are still streets in Boston not plowed...I have to laugh a little because all I heard was how bad the winter would be here...and although it snows a lot, they deal with it well. My sister sent me a picture of people skiing on Beacon Hill..nope, don't miss the storm at all...I would keep my nose...and on to tonight....yikes on the water...I take turning on the faucet for granted. Karla, hope the brace helps. Jean, for a nickel I would quit my job tomorrow....some days I love what I do, but today is not one of them...maybe it's time for you to talk to your clients about reevaluating their goals and challenging you both. LL nice to see you posting...FSN -I can't envision that yoga move, let alone do it...I went to Zumba tonight...I will miss this instructor, she is vey creative....I am planning to nap soon, then wake up for the state of the union address...my favorite part is finding out what member of the cabinet is t an undisclosed location...

Ew on the water thing Gym. I'm on city water and sewage so that is one thing I don't have to worry about. I hope the allergist has some good news for you. I'm still dealing with a head thing but it is improving.

I went to the doc for my hand/elbow yesterday and they put me in this uncomfortable brace thing where I can't bend my arm all the way and told me to wear it 24/7 for a week to see if it helps. At first it was painful but this morning I woke up with my fingers feeling better. I've been typing all day and the numbness is going out of my fingertips. I really think they may be on to something here. I'm not sure why this wasn't suggested in the first place.

My fav song right now is: hmmm, all I ever seem to hear is Justin Bieber these days and he is definitely not my favorite. I guess anything Brian Adams is always a favorite with me.

My fav exercise right now is spidermans or bicycle crunches. Ugg-I know but I can honestly feel results.

Ugh, I had to login THREE times to get on here today. :(. Ok, I'm not much on favorites, but the song I can't get out of my head, at the moment, is "Toes" by Zac Brown. There is a linedance I do to it with a few spins, and I love to spin when I am on the dance floor! My fave workout is yoga...I like the one legged something where you have one leg in the air, you are faced down, and eventually try for both hands wrapped around your ankle. So far, I have one hand wrapped, but not the second one. :O. Work today, admin work tonight. After three hours of yoga (yesterday and this morning), my mood is greatly improved. I am ready to tackle the world.

I am so glad we have city water now so no worries bout water levels.

At the moment i am working on burpees of all sorts. i did thse ones last night that have you jumping like long jump style instead of up and they are really challenging me. I have found i jumpting is very difficult as iget older.

A girl at walmart told me to make chicken soup with loads of ginger and garlic for sinus problems. It taste weird but seems to work so maybe that will help you.
