There isn't any activitiy I want to do on Tuesdays right now and it's hard to get motivated to leave the house. I'm going to go for a short run but I've barely run the past few months and my ankle hurts for the first half mile or so, so it's extra hard to go. I've gained a few pounds lately and have started eating much better to take it off. I normally stay within a range and am a pound or so over that range right now. Time to start getting motivated.
