Is Active-On like Icy Hot? Do you get it at places like Target? So far, I've been going w/ Aleve but it's only somewhat helping with the neck/shoulders.

That is a shock. Goes to show, nothing is guaranteed. She's lucky to have a friend like you.

B- grabbed a chicken breast and toast while rushing out this morning
L-chili and salad
S-humms and pita chips
D-liver and broccoli

Had a great workout this morning. Chest and triceps. Arms are sore in a good way. Lost 7 pounds in January.

It's definitely possible that I'm in danger of doing too much but not for overtraining.

I thought I'd respond about IC here, instead of having it get lost in my post about not working out enough. Is she just passive aggressive and afraid to cancel with you? That all sounds really frustrating.

I won't lie, some days it's a struggle. On my busy days, I plan to either do a light workout (steady state cardio but low effort) or I'll take a rest day. I save my tougher workouts for days when I'm not working much or at all.
