Hello My name is angie and i used to weight 245 pounds in march of last year. my nutritionest set me up with 1,450 calories a day and i never complied with the calories. i always, ate less maybe like 900 a day, and now that i have lost about 72 pounds is like i'm stuck and i won't loose any pounds, maybe like one in two weeks. so when i went to see her she said that the reason is cause my body is retaining instead of burning any calories .So my question is this true?
