I cross my right leg over my right, very tightly.

Oh gosh-I have a million of them:

*Stop biting the skin around my nails

*Let everyone completely finish what they are saying before I comment or reply (in real life-I have a tendency to make comments while people talk)

*stand and sit up straighter. I have HORRIBLE posture

These are some of my worst ones. Y'all would think I was truly a horrible wreck if I posted some of the rest. lol

My biggest ones have to do with food. I can stay on plan all day. I have no trouble getting to the gym. I make and eat a healthy dinner. Then I think of things I could eat...crackers, candy, ice cream...and I do - a little this and a little that. And on the weekends, the habit of needing a treat and that seems to be food...a glass of wine, or breakfast out, or a fancy coffee. I want to disconnect the concept of food from reward, comfort, compensation for a hard job well done... SJ

We can't spend time together because I do the same thing. We'd never get a complete thought in, in a conversation.:smileyvery-happy:

I realized I've been doing that w/ a glass of wine--if I've had a tough day, I think, I could use a glass of wine tonight.

Kel suggested once wearing a rubber band around the wrist and snapping it when bad habits try to pop up. Maybe that would work for me--although, jumping in pain while talking to clients is probably not a great idea.

I am trying to practice more tolerance, patience and grace with my boys. I rush rush rush all the time and when I ask them to do something and they don't rush to do it, I get huffy. Tolerance, patience & grace. Also I'm trying to get in a habit of exercising 4 days a week which is a struggle for me. I am GOOD at excuses but so far I've made it 3 times to Curves this week and plan to go tomorrow as well. YAY!!!
