I cross my right leg over my right, very tightly.

I usually take nyquil to fall asleep, but I don't like how I've become dependent on it... I've been trying to stop by supplementing natural remedies instead.  I take Deep Sleep now and it's working!

I love Deep Sleep!

*smoking!!!! Been trying to quit for a while now, I've cut back a lot, gone from a pack a day to about 2 packs a week, but am having trouble getting beyond that.
*wine, I don't drink a ton, but I drink enough that the sugar is affecting me.
* shopping, this is a comfort thing for me. I don't go out and buy shoes or coach bags, but little things here and there for the house that eventually add up to big amounts. " I'm gonna go get a new hamper" turns into a whole set of organizing items that I really don't need.
*sniffling! I got into the habit when I was a teenager and was sick for almost 3 months straight. Now I just sniff randomly. It drives people nuts! Good luck with yours!

I am trying to practice more tolerance, patience and grace with my boys. I rush rush rush all the time and when I ask them to do something and they don't rush to do it, I get huffy. Tolerance, patience & grace. Also I'm trying to get in a habit of exercising 4 days a week which is a struggle for me. I am GOOD at excuses but so far I've made it 3 times to Curves this week and plan to go tomorrow as well. YAY!!!

Kel suggested once wearing a rubber band around the wrist and snapping it when bad habits try to pop up. Maybe that would work for me--although, jumping in pain while talking to clients is probably not a great idea.
