Back Spasm, but I Workout Everyday

Hi everyone,
So I have a major back spasm, and I just got back from the dr's today, and he says the main way to prevent back spasms is through yoga, stretching, and aerobics.
Do you do any lower back/abs/core work?
If you continue to have problems, I would go to a physiotherapist to see if they can't find out what the root of the problem is.

adding lower back excercise (hyper extensions) and doing abs would be a great addition to youre current excercise and that would help out a lot good luck
i also work out daily
but having back pain and training at the same time is a headway for disaster
take a break heal up and then return to the gym fresh and strong
