Hi hopefully will be getting a replacement bike today (motor broke on the last one) as a beginner does anyone know of a basic routine to get me started ?

Sometimes I do look at Exercise tv.
Will do less biking outdoors all week from weather, so will practice this indoor biking for awhile
did some of this slow and fast on the indoor biking . I do like this a lot.
will keep this up.
