Fish oil is a supplement to provide you with heart healthy Omega 3's.

Im not really sure about fish oil for weight loss. I just use them as y supplement for internal illnesses. I just used the best colon cleanse to lose weight fast and healthy.

when i was a child we always used fish oil. The key is getting a quality fish oil. I recommend going to vitamin shoppe. The really keep up with there products. Fish oils use to keep us regular and keep our skin looking flawless. For weight loss I don't think fish oil alone will get it. You are going to need to increase your activity levels by walking, jogging, or running. Also you need to eat more leafy greens and less meat. Try a good supplement like Bioneferin, Hydroxcut, or a Green Tea Weight loss product.

Fish oil is good for the body, but will not give you the dramatic weight loss effect you friend told you about.
