I have tried the suggestions for preventing PMS and dealing with migraines and have had some success with that. The one I didn't know about and am going to try in the future is eggs to reduce or prevent a hangover. I would be curious to know if that one really works. I am always for trying to find cures through food and a healthy diet versus always going straight for the medication as a first choice.
