In perusing the boards, I have come to the conclusion that the fitness board has some of the most consistent activity.  That got me to thinking how grateful I am to all of you ladies that you stop by hear, including the on-again-off-again posters!  So here is my list today...I am grateful for:

1.  You ladies.  My daily visits to these boards jumpstart my day and keep me consientious about my healthy living lifestyle.  i also value you as my sounding board for various issues.

2.  My health.  I am so blessed to have my health!

3.  Family and friends.  This close circle keeps me sane and is a secure reminder of who I am.

4.  Comforts.  I am so blessed with all of my worldly possessions that make me comfortable, including my wonderful dogs!

5.  Abilities.  I am so lucky for the abilities that I possess so that I can continously grow and improve and help others.

LIFE IS GREAT.  Make is a great life, everyone.  Each day is a blessing, so do something great each and every day!  :D

Great idea!  People often do this around Thanksgiving but gratitude is something to keep in mind all year:

1. I too am thankful for you ladies!  I don't know that any of us would ever cross paths IRL but it's really neat to have an online community.

2. I am thankful for my loving family and friends.

3. I am thankful to have the resources to do all the fun things I get to do.

4. I'm thankful for my furkids....2 cats at my place, 2 dogs and 1 cat at OP's.  I cannot live with my animal lovin'.

5. I thankful that my transition from PT to writing has been pretty successful.  I'm happy that no one has yelled at me yet.  Cool

Yeah, I was thinking that this board is similar to how my daughter's girlscout troup was...they would not have been friends in school, but the gs community gave them entree into different social groups.  It was a great "melting pot" for very different people, and they could "let down their guard" and be themselves, without their social group influences.

Also, I didn't know you had the TWO dogs.  How is all of that going...wasn't there a behavioral issue with one?  I love my animals, and I also cannot phathom NOT having them.  :)

No behavioral issue but one of them had vestibular disease which affects balance.  She has rebounded wonderfully and now runs around like a puppy even though she's 13 years old!

I am grateful to remember how blessed i am. 1. You ladies on this board are on my list...I love how different and yet how the same we are. 2. My family, especially my brother who will always be there for me. 3. My abilities - the strength, the knowledge, and the skills. 4. That I live in the 21st century with modern conveniences and unimaginable communication methods 5. That I have the means to obtain I life I never dreamt was possible...that my biggest issues at that I eat too much food...
