What are your goals toward a healthier you for the month of February? How do you plan to achieve your goals?

I'm planning on continuing with the walk and jog DVD at least 3 times a week, and doing some strength training a couple of times per week. It would be nice if I could fit in some swim time, too, but mostly relaxing swim ;-)

Food wise, I need to eat more fruits!

I just try to get to the gym every day! Small goals lol the long term goal is to wear a bikini

Get into a strength training routine by going to the gym 3 x a week

Increase my cardio endurance by doing cardio 3 x a week.

oh yeah-good goals Poppy. I'd love it if there were a place to swim around here but there isn't.
