I keep on falling off the exercise wagon, so I've enrolled a couple of friends as I've run out of excuses. Friend A guides me through tai chi once a week. Friend B, who is a life coach, will also help me with my goals (in return, I help her with hers.)
I too am working on my eating. I've got the exercise category down but need to work on eating more veggies. Oh and ugg..my goal for this month is to get my yearly doc and dentist appointments scheduled.
I'm hoping to lose at LEAST 8lbs by the end of June...that's possible right? I'd be ecstatic with 10!!! I realized with this warm Toronto weather that I may have indulge a bit too much this winter!
For the past two weeks I've been doing push ups in the morning and then another set at night. I'd like to get up to doing 25 push ups in the am and pm by the end of the month! I also throw in some ab work too. Also it would be great to be able to run/walk for a full 60min on the treadmill! We'll see what happens!!
oh yes-push ups! When I first started doing them I couldn't even do one. Now many years later I can crank out quite a few. Stick with it and you'll see results fast with them! :)
I am going to continue to do Supreme 90 Day workouts and ramp up my running.
