Learn to live healthy.... in a glass house?

A man in St. Paul, MN is living in a glass apartment to show others how to add more healthier steps to one's daily life.

Do you think people can benefit/learn from such a 'stunt'?

Ewwww...very interesting. Wonder if he is really interested in having people see him get healthy or more interested in getting acting jobs. I hope he and others keep logs of his lifestyle in there as I'd be interested in reading it after he moves on.

"“The one thing I don’t do is exercise, I don’t move,” Jorgenson said. “I try to eat a little better, I watch my portions, but I don’t exercise at all.”"

All I can say is how is that going to help you lose weight?

On the whole front, no I don't think that anybody will learn from this stunt. It's a great idea but anyone trying to lose weight can tell you that it's a life time commitment not commitment for a few weeks. You have to be committed to lose the weight.

Not at all sure this will be anything more than a passing curiosity!

I think it's just a publicity stunt. I'm not convinced that it will help others get motivated to lose weight anymore than watching monkeys at the zoo will help me learn how to swing through trees. :-)

Interesting. Will people benefit?? Maybe.
I sure do not like anyone watching me, though.

I agree, I think it's a publicity stunt by the health insurance company.

I really don't see how people can benefit or learn from this.

Normally, I'd say it was just a stunt but I found it curiously interesting, enough so that I might follow the streaming video. I think what many people are looking for is how to incorporate more healthful living into their daily routine without making a big deal about it, i.e., undertaking a stringent diet or working out for an hour. At least, that's my take on why it could be of benefit.
