I just wanted to let everyone know, if your like me and LOVE P90X or maybe your just heard about it and want to give it a try?

I know so many people who have done P90X and the results are absolutely amazing. The only problem is that they don't keep up with it once they've toned up.

I'd love to meet Tony Horton in real life.

I would love to meet him too....he's seem so cool....my boys are starting to do the P90X but I will wait to see if they like it before I sign on....I know my personal physician started doing almost 2 yrs ago and she loved it...she also got into real good shape and really toned...I asked one day about if she was doing something different cuz I thought she looked so different (but good) and she told me about the program. Not sure he would be coming to Canada tho....would be so cool. Susan

Nice! He looks like an interesting person and it would be neat to meet him.

So how much time would you say you put into working out each week?

Me- I tend to workout about a max of an hour +/- a day, 5-6 days a week.

Maybe a little extra running?

I too do just about an hour a day 5-6 days a week. On days I'm really feeling good and have time I may go 1.5 hours because I get in extra cardio but I don't want working out to become a time consuming chore.

Totally agree.

It's something we should do, but not something that takes over our life.

You can get a great workout in within an hour a day!

lol I'm going to hit a TKD class on my lunch hour then meet some friends to walk at the gym later.
