PMS Fatigue + Working out

Usually a couple days before I get my period and maybe 1, 2 days into it I'm SUPER tired...I try to work out 5 days a week (since I usually have a lot going on on the weekends and I don't eat as healthy), but there during those days I always want to find excuses to not do so. You ladies know that kinda tired is diff than just the regular fatigue...I know that if I do end up going for a run, or something light, I'd feel better, but it's still a struggle to actually put on my gym clothes...
what do you do? Do you just take a (couple of) day(s) off and try to make up for it or you make yourself go do you workout anyways?
