Thanks! I was looking at the Ryka's online and they seemed great, but I've never worn them so I'd have to try them on in-store first to figure out my size.

I like Ryka's, too, but for flat arches, they don't have much arch support.

I'll have to check out the ASICs gel express. I like Asics for running but don't see them often for cross trainers. I've been buying Rykas because they have instructor discounts but want to try something else.

I was actually at Lady Foot Locker today. They had ZERO cross trainers. All they had were very colorful running shoes lol.
