I've tried P90X, I like the exercises but it
P90x is great and Shaun T is definitely motivating! Both are great workouts! Lately I've really been into the TRX suspension training workout. I like to do it after a cardio workout for some toning. It really works my muscles but I feel so good after the workout!
I've seen TRX advertised but don't know how it works.
I love the TR-X! It can be used for stretching but the bigger question is what can't it be used for.

You can definitely stretch out using TRX but it's also a great strength training workout where you use your own weight and leverage. It's a great workout that I can bring me with me everywhere I go!

I mix the TRX workout with the kettleball as well and I absolutely love it! Such a great workout!
