Hi, I've been on my exercise bike for a week now and I've put on 3lb :( I do light resistance and for 30 mins each day.

Hi Sarah, I would have to agree with the poster below that one of the main things that causes people to gain weight after starting exercising is that they eat more without realizing it. Start tracking your food portions and calories for a few weeks so you can see if that is where your problem is.

nothing at all. still trying to stay healthy and work out. how are you? i've been away from IV for a while, but decided to check in and i must say, i'm a little lost. LOL. did this board combine with the latest workouts board (forgot exact name)
