Hmmm, so start whatever day you want, Sun or Mon.

Sun: run w/ friends, then Zumba flash mob

Monday: try to catch a night Insanity type class

Tuesday: home workout, maybe 1000 rep workout

Wed: maybe another Insanity type class, or Zumba

Thursday: step AM, then either Zumba or outdoor bootcamp, depends on whether

Friday: rest

Sat: Zumba

I met all my goals this week except swimming...and I forgot to write down that I would go to zumba today, and I did...I did lots of cooking too, as planned.  But annoyingly, my weight went back up.  Next week I will need to eat cleaner...and workout harder...

Weight fluctuates--just pat yourself on the back for keeping your goals!

I'll see if I can remember what I did. I have the worst memory!

Sun: ran5 miles w/f riends

Monday:  Tabata class

Tuesday: body pump

Wed: Zumba

Thurs: taught step

Fri: worked all day until late

Sat: skied 1 hr on artificial turf
