Hit it hard this week... Sunday -swim at least 60 laps Monday, 10 minute bike warmup, lifting for chest, back, abs, run 2 mikes Tuesday, 10 minute bike warmup, lifting for legs, abs, swim 60 laps Wednesday, Pilates, run 2 miles Thursday, 10 minute bike warm up, lifting or shoulders, bis, tris, abs Friday, rest day Saturday, Zumba, maybe Pilates or run I plan to focus on enjoying the last week of summer...

How about we add one more thing to this?  Let's add one thing we'll do differently to change our diet, pkus action items to achieve it.  I need that.

Diet change: add vegetables 

At lunch time, make sure it's more vegetable heavy by adding salad or soup w/ veggies or frozen veggies to it. 

Sun: Run w/ friends

Mon: rest day

Tuesday: walking around Kings Dominion

Thurs: teaching step and a conditioning class, maybe kickboxing

Fri:  Zumba

Sat: aerial silks and parkour

Not sure on workouts since my schedule is "off", but I hope to:

monday rest day

tuesday yoga

wednesday total conditioning or linedancing or take pics of dh and dss playing softball (not sure yet)

thursday do you think i can wake up for 5:15AM spin?  either that or late 50/50

friday yoga

saturday spin and pilates

sunday yoga
