New week..new plans. Sunday - for the first Sunday in ages, nothing. Zumba and the men's Olympic basketball game were at the same time this morning. I decided to not set my alarm, and if I woke up in time for Zumba, I would go..and I didn't, so i thoroughly enjoyed the basketball game. My Dad surprised me with a weekend visit, so I didn't go to the gym later...it was great to spend time with him. Monday - 10 minute bike warmup, lifting for chest, back, abs, run 1 .5 miles....Tuesday - 10 minute bike warmup, lifting for legs, abs, swim(I really mean it this week)...Wednesday- Pilates, run 1.5 miles or swim....Thurday - 10 minute bike warmup, lifting for shoulders, bis, tris...Fridat - run 3 miles, abs...Saturday -Zumba, swim....I am going back to Poland for a week then, so I want next week to be solid. I think I will be more in control of my time in Poland this time - others might be there but I am not part of an entourage, so I hope to fit in more working out...But in case not, I want a good week behind me. I wil still be cooking a lot too as DT is still on limited chewing...hopefully for his sake this is the last week...

Well, I think I did everything except run this week....I have no good reason except I chose sitting at the pool in the sun with my book over running. I did swim today, which was a makeup for Tuesday when I didn't...and I did a lot of cooking, which is good because in addition to standing and chopping, which I am sure burn calories, if I nibble its on fruits and veggies, not carb based stuff. DT is on his own next week, but I think he will be Ok...this week was probably not really necessary but I so loved seeing his face light up when I told him what his bag contained that I kept it up. He is so easy to please...there are only a couple things he doesn't eat, and he never complains..if there is anything I gave him that he didn't care for, he never said so...

Wow, SJ, your workouts put me to shame.  :smileytongue:  Ok, my plan is:

Sunday - yoga check

Monday - rest day

Tuesday - yoga check

Wednesday - yoga and linedancing

Thursday - dog training

Friday - yoga

Saturday - spin

Sunday - long walk with dog?  yoga is cancelled because the instructors are getting trained that day.

Gee.  I do a LOT of yoga!

I've decided to consider this time as my off season and my workouts to be minimal. I'll take it up once school starts.

Sun: teach kickboxing

Mon: rest

Tuesday: try for a run in the AM

Wed: ??? maybe spinning

Thursday; teach step

Fri; another rest day

Sat: Zumba and intro parkour class
