I think I will not have a 'normal' week again until 2013! This week I am traveling for two days for work...and I am having my yearly mamogram on Tuesday newar the time I usually work out...so DT will need to be very flexibl...I know he will...
Sunday - swam 70 laps (35 were in the part of the pool with steps so they were short - so I did 10 extra to try to make it up), abs
Monday - 5 minutes stairs, 5 minutes bike, lifting for chest/back, abs, run 2 miles
Tuesday = bike 10 minutes, lifting for legs, abs, swim 60 laps
Wednesday - rest day -maybe abs in the hotel room
Thursday - definity nothing
Friday - 5 minutes stairs, bike 5 minutes, lifting for shoulders, bi's, tris, abs
Saturday - maybe zumba, run three miles, abs
I want to work out hard for the next three weeks, because I hope I will be in Krakow after that!
Isn't it amazing how fast his feet our? The Zumba guys do that and none of us have any idea what they're doing. Look just before 3:00 on this:

It's crazy fast. They're the best Zumba instructors I've ever been to--as I've said, I don't even like Zumba and I love their class!
That is amazing how fast his feet move with so little upper body movement. It looks like a LOT of fun! And aerial silks and parkour...you are an inspiration to trying different fitness inspired activities!
You are pushing me (a good thing) to plan my week of workouts!
Monday either rest or yoga tonight, depending on how I feel
Tuesday yoga
Wednesday teach linedancing
Thursday ?yoga?
Friday ?yoga?
Saturday spin and pilates
Looks like you're getting in your workouts, despite being crazy busy! I don't have a well thought out plan and need to make an effort. And, it's only going to get harder w/ ski season around the corner.
Sun: run 5miles; aerial silks
Mon: Insanity like class
Tues: Zumba
Wed: rest or run
Thurs: step/conditioning kickbox/jazz
Fri: whatever I didn't do on Wed
Sat: teach boot camp, do aerial silks and parkour
Oh rather than run, I might catch parkour and aerial silks Wed or Fri.
The new thing I want to try, that I saw at the aerial silks place is Samba No Pe. It looks like so much fun. I'm not sure my ego can handle another thing I'm really bad at, though.
