Workouts week of Sept 23

I am back to planning by day...I am looking forward to a normal workout week... Sunday - swim 120 laps, floor abs -done! Monday - bike 10 minutes, lifting for chest, back, abs, run 1.5 miles Tuesday - bike 10 minutes, lifting for legs, abs, swim 60 laps Wednesday -Pilates Thursday -bike 10 minutes, lifting for shoulders, bis, tris, abs Friday - run 3 miles Saturday - maybe Zumba, maybe not

Hmmm, no real plans.  I'm working a lot this week.

Sun: run/walk (the plan was to run but one of my friends got sick so I ended up walking w/ her part way); aerial silks

Mon:  Not sure if I'll run or go to Zumba

Tues: Might catch Zumba at night 

Wed: my own workout

Thurs: teach step, conditioning, do jazz class

Fri: Zumba

Sat: teach boot camp, do aerial silks and parkou

Sunday yoga (so disappointed because it was more stretching and meditation than total conditioning)

Monday kickboxing

Tuesday yoga

Wednesday pilates?

Thursday  don't know

Friday yoga

Saturday spin/fit, followed by pilates

I did pretty well this week. I am one minute short on bike, and I ran 2 miles Thursday instead of 3 on Friday, but I am happy with my week...

Lots of rest this week but I think I needed it.  


Mon: Zumba

Tues: rest

Wed: bootcamp w/ ski friend

Thurs:  step, conditioning, jazz

Fri: rest

Sat: skipped silks, did bootcamp fundraiser and parkour

Parkour was great finally.  I did the beginning intro one more time, got a few minutes w/ the owner who was great and picked up the basic moves. Now I feel ready to move on.
