My name is Kristy.
I just found this board.
I have been doing yoga for years though not as regularly as I would like. I do maybe a day a week. I want to do a more regular home practice and am hoping to find inspiration here. At one point I was considering teacher training and still may at some point but not right now.
This session I signed up for a mom a toddler class. It is awesome though obviously focused on the kids. DS loves it and I love sharing it with him. I just need to do more of my own stuff at home.

I know some of the moms in class were obviously doing yoga with their little ones. Just having them do a few poses it seems. You could she her stuff and do it with her even without a class. :)
I definitely need to do more on our own and my own. :)

Thursday I went to our toddler class then did a little extra but none since.
Will try to do some tomorrow.

Hi Kristy,

I'm just letting you know that our little Yoga group has moved to another location. When you first arrive you will notice you are on the Gym Rats board. The name will be changing soon so please forgive us while we organize. Now that we are here-we have several more people to type with. :-)
