I usually incoorperate yoga moves when I stretch after a workout or run! They are so versatile!
I'm so new at it that I'm really just learning to do that. My TKD instructor has been making us do Yoga stretches for years now but I was always reluctant to learn. Now that I realize that I should have been doing it all along I'm trying to learn as much as I can.
