Arm balances are pretty much impossible for me and I don't really even care to do them. I've never had strong arms...they are strong enough but not enough to do arm balances.
I am good, though, at inversions. I can do plow and headstands and shoulder stands easily, just no arm balances.
Oh, except for plank, that is a pose I can do and actually enjoy.
It's OK, though, I don't need to do them to feel good.

I'm getting better at plank. I am not flexible but am working on it so transitioning from one pose to another is still difficult for me. :)
