No yoga for 2 mos & now I feel old....

I have not figured out a schedule since my kids started school. I have one in 1/2-day kindergarten & then a 3rd grader. We've lost our school bus due to budget cuts & I work from home. I feel like I'm running all the time - especially back & forth to the school. So, I've let my yoga routine drop.
Now, 2 short months later, my thumb joint hurts & I cannot open jars. I'm constantly feeling like I need to realign my back. My left ankle is extremely stiff & tender. I'm limping as I have a knee brace on the right knee. I'm a mess!
