According to Health Day News:

Another study finds that yoga classes can improve back function among people with chronic or recurrent lower back pain.

While the British researchers found that yoga could help people move about and perform tasks, the ancient practice did not appear to reduce back pain itself. READ MORE

Yes! I have some disc issues and pinched nerves in my lower back - and apparently cobra pose is the perfect remedy!

certainly,

i would agree i also lower back pain and i must say yoga makes me feel much better as far as my lower back pain!

guess what i feel it much less and it allowes me to do certain things i normally would be restricted too
