Karen, it's hard to get a group of women to agree on things - you should hear my 4 sisters, my mom and me try to decide on a restaurant - it takes hours! Currently the kids are working on a video together. I'll keep you posted on how many bruises they end up with! Enjoy Thanksgiving with the family and your race.

I have a migraine. My heart hurts for my friend. I have a million things to do. I have to run but my body is frozen cold. I don't know where to post anymore. Montana and Sean are on their way back from getting Montana's learner's permit. He has voluntarily put off getting it because he just didn't want to. He prefers his bike. But he figured he may as well. So now I have a kid driving. Again. Anyone out there have any idea how much it scares me? Yeah. Probably not. TH, have a great race! Karen, I hope your hip feels better. Amanda, great job on 30 day shred!

I got 4.5 miles in this morning, starting out with my 9yo (who experienced knee pain and headed home after half a mile). Then we drove in to DH's office and got a family photo with 2 World Series trophies! I'm hoping their nice enough to use for our Christmas cards.

Now the kids are making a video for their aunt's birthday this weekend. I'm going to make cranberry sauce and maybe some yeast rolls for Thanksgiving tomorrow at my in-laws' house.

Good morning, all! I really hope we can all get back to posting here. I'm with Karen - I cannot keep up with the posts on the FB page! :) It is our first day of holiday break. After breakfast, I cleaned the bathroom, vacuumed, scrubbed the floor, and started laundry. Now, I am relaxing with my "winter wonderland" coffee. Mmmmmmm. Let vacation begin! :) We have to hit the grocery store for a few things today - God help us. I need to make a dessert for Thanksgiving tomorrow, and it's DH's b-day tomorrow so I need to get a gift. Turkey Trot tomorrow! Amanda, glad you're enjoying 30-day shred! Karen, good luck tomorrow!!!!!!!

I hope everyone comes back here now. I just can't keep up on FB. That's why i had to leave that one convo that just keep going on and on. I get stressed easily. lol. I ran this morning...i wanted to just do 2 "shake-out" miles but turned around a little late & ended up with 2.75. My hip is sore so i need to stretch later for sure. I'm working all day & then we need to get potatoes ready for dinner tomorrow. My mom brings turkey/stuffing/gravy to our house, but we do all the sides and we'll be at the race tomorrow until like 1 pm. Dinner is at 3. cripes! Can't wait to just sit & relax with the family. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Amanda, keep up the good work w/ the shred! TH--good luck at your turkey trot tomorrow! Dawn, hope you got your cleaning done! Mary--i hope your kids are getting along by now. That pic on FB of them eating salad was so FUNNY! the oldest one looked so grumpy!

Good morning! I've gotten out of the habit of getting on the board, but thought I'd drop in this morning before heading out. I took a rest day today. So far 30 Day Shred is going wel; yesterday was Day 9. I'm hoping to get a run in tomorrow while the turkey's roasting, but we'll see. Today's just work and then some cooking for tomorrow (baked spinach and grueyre and a pumpkin pie).

have a great day, everyone!
