What's everyone doing today?
I am hoping to get a run into tonight between running to get blood work done and church. But we will have to see. I really hate to skip church for a run. Kev is really enjoying our mid week church this year. He is finally at the age where he is starting to "get it". If you know what I mean. It is really nice here today, but it is going to turn cold this weekend. I honor you ladies that can run in the cold. I simply can't. I turn to the rec center and a treadmill.
Have a great day.
editted to say I have no idea how I am getting paragraphs. I am just hitting the enter. I wonder if it has to do with your text format?

Angela - I am so glad you'll be able to run again:) I'm sure this last year has been rough.
Karen and Dawn - I didn't run out of gas, luckily and LOL at the "getting gas" thing. I actually went to Pizza Hut for lunch (ick but YUM) so Cam's idea of gas might come true too.
Lorie - Can't believe the coach rescheduled and then can't come. That's a bit inconsiderate to say the least.
Angela, it's so good to *see* you! I'm so glad that the surgery went well!
Hi Ladies! Its good to see a lot of familiar faces here. I really miss checking in with everyone! I haven 't run at all in a little over a year because of hip pain, hence the reason I haven't been around. After several doctors, cortisone shots, MRIs and lots of therapy, I finally found a doctor that could fix my hip problem. (He specializes in hip arthroscopy.) Long story short, is that I had surgery 2 weeks ago to fix a labral tear, ligamentum teres tear and remove a cyst and lots of scar tissue from my hip joint. The prognosis is good. I'm already feeling better even though I still have a couple of more weeks on crutches and a long time in therapy. My hip actually felt better right after the surgery! The doc and therapist are on board with me running again after lots of rehab ; ). I am looking forward to starting a C25K program by the first of the year!
I have been thinking a lot about the east coast ladies and hope they are all safe after Sandy. How is everyone? What's been going on???
Good morning. I am late this morning and I hope it's not a sign of the day to come. This is a beautiful morning in Colorado, People. Seriously. I wish I was running outside. Running out of time is what I am. I am going to throw out at least a mile or two this morning and more later probably. RIA, apparently the comment of the day is about your gas. I usually don't wish that on people but...I think in this case it would be a good idea. Go ahead and get some. Give it a go. See what happens. KAREN, oh yeah. Boys. I'm with you. Great job on the four days! I have no idea on how we are spacing. I probably am not. After I hit post I'll probably have to go back and edit. It's a learning curve. edited to say...see? I told you. haha. DAWN, I'm glad your quad is feeling better. Enjoy dance tonight!
Good Morning Ladies! Another rest day for me. My quad is feeling better today, though. Yesterday was actually worse than Monday - I guess that 2nd day soreness thing. I'm hoping I can actually do bootcamp tomorrow.
Tonight is dance for Katiya and church for everyone else. Last night we didn't get to have basketball practice because the school we use is a polling place. Um, yeah, would've been very nice if they would've bothered to mention that to us! Oh, well, I guess we'll have to get a lot accomplished on Thursday!
Maria, hope you don't run out of gas! ;)
'Morning all. I'm heading out for a busy day. We have a meeting this morning and then Caleb has snack day at preschool. Tonight is gym time for me and Nick and then dance class for Em. I absolutely MUST put gas in the van this morning too.
