Newbie Saying Hello!

I'm brand new to this board, and super new to the running world as well. I'm currently in the middle of a 5K training plan (week 6) and I have a question for you all.
During this week I am supposed to run 12 minutes, walk 1 minute (and do this 3 times). About halfway through the entire run, I start getting an upset stomach. This persists until about an hour after my run. Any idea what could be happening? Is this a hydration issue? Or just my body adjusting to the running? I'm enjoying running so far, and only plan to continue, but would like to kick this nasty tummy wiggle in the rear. Any suggestions are super appreciated!
