I don't know if anyone remembers me but I dropped in a few weeks ago to ask about running. My husband and I started jogging a few weeks ago and we completed a mile yesterday without walking. I am so proud of us that I needed to tell someone.

Well, good for you! Took me a few tries to log in but kept trying as I wanted to be sure to put out a cyber-high-five. I remember the first time I finished a mile without walking. You have done the hardest part - the rest is just slow incremental improvements. Baby-steps. The next thing you know you'll be bragging about PRs on here (PR=Personal Record in a race). Enjoy this moment - you've achieved something few have!
