And if so what do you eat?
I may have a light snack like an apple or some peanut butter but nothing really substantial.

It all depends on when I walk, but usually, not right before and not a heavy meal at all.

please be a little more specific as to what the purpose of the walk is?
is it for excercise? is it for weight loss?
knowing the purpose of the walk can help determine if i would consume food or what type of food
