Hi and Welcome to the board! I so totally can relate to "gonna get started on Monday when Tuesday rolls around". lol Today is the day at hand so start right now! You will be so proud of yourself because by the time Monday rolls around again you will have had several days of exercise under your belt. :)

Just start out walking and add a few minutes each day until you build up to at least a 30 min. walk.

You are so right! I had to skip walking yesterday and I felt bad all night. I can't wait to get my shoes on and hit the road today.

Take it slowly - just do something every day; even if it's only parking a little farther from the door when you go to work or shopping, and/or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
