Here we are already in November. Is anyone trying to lose a few pounds before the holidays? Let's all keep track of our mileage here so we can get a good grasp on where we need to work harder.
My goal is 8 miles a week.
I started off the week yesterday with 2 miles so I'm off to a good start.
