Hi everyone. Well after a not so good month of walking, I am back and ready to get some miles in. I may even do some jogging this month. My goal is to get in at least 15 miles per week.

How are you doing and what is your goal this month?

hry karla, im doing great with my goals cheated on some juniors cheesecake this past weekend polished off 1/2 but i was all week on the treadmill and i think its just about evening out.. so thanks for asking ive been bad and now i am going to be good (;

Konnie-great to see you back! Personally, I'd go to the doctor. If you wait too long, what may have been a simple fix might not be so simple to fix anymore.

{{{{sigh}}} I've been having a rough time walking because I have a piece of glass stuck in my heel. I've soaked it and dug at it for two weeks, and now I think I should go to the doctor to get it cut out. I hate paying for a doctor's visit just to remove a tiny piece of glass. Anyone got any better ideas?

Warm weather here this weekend too!  

My back feels better and I actually walked around the park path yesterday which is 1.75 miles.

Hoping to do it again today.

You're doing great with all your mileage Karla, good luck with the jogging too.

I have started off great this month and have managed at a minimum of 2 miles each day. Many days I have gotten in 3 or 4 miles. I'm doing much better this month than last. 

It's supposed to get very warm this weekend where I live so this may be my last opportunity to get some outdoor walking in. I'm hoping to take to the park and get in at least 5 miles on a couple of days.
