I am not sure, I would just recommend asking your doctor about it. You might just need some better shoes or socks even?? I don't know. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help to you, please let us know how it's going though ok and if you find out why..

Hi. I'd definitely recommend seeing a doc too. It may be something as simple as improperly fitting shoes but better to be safe than sorry.

Since it happens even with bare feet, I throw my support behind seeing the doctor - could be a circulation problem of some sort, and he/she may have some ideas for preventing it.
