Good Afternoon,

 

I walked 12.94 Miles.    My goal is to hit the 16 miles mark.  I know that I might start walking around 5:00 AM to hit the goal due to the the hot days around the cornor.

Wow-what a great way to start the month! I only got in 2 miles yesterday as hubby and I are doing some remodeling. We have everything pulled out and are painting and I was trying to work on some deep cleaning while it's all chaotic. 

I am planning on getting in a good 5 miles and doing some Yoga today.

Today I walked 8.83 Miles.  My time was 2:19:00. 

 

What are you and your hubby remodeling?

 

When I have more money, I am planning to convert part of the basement into a wine cellar and tasting room.

Our third child just moved out and we have converted one of the bedrooms into an art studio for my husband. We also repainted and cleaned up the family room. We started the projects about a month ago and since then we have been dealing with various forms of wind damage to the house and yard in the freak severe storms we've had so we've had to stop and work on all that. In one storm we had some roof damage, in another our shed was damaged, and in one last week our privacy fence was destroyed (one of the posts was even broken in half). 

I only managed to get 2 miles in last night.

Karla, you sure have a lot of work to do.

 

I was too busy Friday to get a walk in.  Yesterday, I walked 7.12 miles, and today, I walked 4.19 miles.

Friday, August 3: 2 miles

Saturday, Aug 4: 4 miles

Sunday, Aug 5: 4 miles

It looks like there may be a break in the heat coming up. Anyone having cooler temps yet?

Monday, 6th:  3 miles plus a 45 min bike ride

Yes,cooler temps, yay!  Should be quite cool by the time the weekend is here.

Oh a 45 minute bike ride is great! I bet your legs are really toned.
