Why do you walk? Why walking vs. other forms of exercise?

Walking is the only form of exercise I have found that doesn't hurt my bad back.

well now i have to tell you the whole story,ha ha. it would take me 5 to 7 hours, why so long???
well my boyfriend started to do some walking to lose weight. he's 74 years young,and i ask if i could join him. he lost his 20 pounds very fast compared to me.....so he was also finding bottles and we both found cash.....we were doing 3 miles he quit fast he had enough and i needed to continue, so thats how all of this started..... i want to do it again when there's places to park the car once the snow banks are gone
I have to tell you what he does every spring..Ewe have a bridge crossing from one city to another and in the last 7 or more years he climbs 5 trees in that area and hangs beautiful American flags. Now
