I always thought power walking was just simply walking really fast. I've always considered myself a "power walker" because I can walk faster than most people (perhaps it's because my legs ar 10-feet long.
Anyway, I saw a lady "power walking" the other day in a 5K race. That got me to thinking...
Does power walking have some type of special technique? What is true power walking?
